Day 90 - I love Mail

Okay, Dad, I promise I'll quite being a "teeny-bopper" after this post but it was too good to resist. Oh, I'll also stop showing my Bieber Fever on the world wide web. :)

Day 89 - Beginnings

I view spring as a time for new beginnings, not just in the world around us, but in life as well.

The past two months have been filled with constant battles and life changing decisions.
Today, I saw the light. I am officially done with high school and will start college in the fall. This isn't the path I intended to take, but with a little perseverance and a lot of decision making and thinking I finished two months before I originally would have.

I've come to realize sometimes the path we think we are supposed to take isn't the one for us and that even though it seems illogical sometimes God has to drag you down to rock bottom so that he can bring you back up to where he needs you to be.

My new beginning started today and I am so thankful for it.

Day 88 - Good Morning

So today was long. Just long. a huge test that continues tomorrow, job applications, freezing weather, and just being flat out tired due to lack of sleep.

I'm pretty much over it and ready for tomorrow to come. One huge plus though was waking up to this.

I love you too, Bieb. lol

I've recently stated I'm addicted to twitter. While I will not be sharing me twitter seeing as it's kinda my personal place to say what I need to say I am gonna start sharing me favorite tweet that I tweet each day.

and yes, thats confirmation. I have full force Bieber Fever and I'm not afraid to admit it.

Day 87 - Reminders

Sometimes you just need a little reminder that your day didnt suck that badly, your family isn't that, and that it's okay to laugh over stupid things. That's what my calendar does for me. lol

Day 86 - Really?

I blame KU for this madness. Snow is not acceptable on March 27th.

Day 85 - What the Heck?

Okay, Kansas, here's the deal. I get that you like to randomly change up the weather but it is not acceptable to have flurries on March 26th. Please return the beautiful 70 degree weather that we all love. Oh, tat beautiful blue sky, that would be nice to have back as well.

Day 84 - Cotton Candy

Okay, I may be 18 years old but I am still obsessed with cotton candy flavored ice cream. It always has and always will be my favorite flavor. :)

and the picture is kinda blurry, but oh well, no one said I was perfect.

Day 83 - memories

I used to read these books nonstop and I think I owned every single one. I've moved on to bigger things but these will always be the best. :)

Day 82 - Ninja vs. Kung Fu

So my little cousin and I played soccer today. Apparently I'm a ninja because I can keep her from scoring a goal and take a picture at the same time. She decided she was a kung fu "boy". I didn't exactly have the best shoes on for this game by the way.

Side Note: I adore the song Next 2 You by Chris Brown. it's perfection.

Day 81 - Humor Me

So I was really needing a good laugh. I figured I'd give this a try. I never knew Fonzie was such a good model. lol. White nerd glasses fit him well. :)

Day 80 - Memories

This picture was taken 2 years ago today. It brings back a ton of bittersweet memories and reminds me how much life can change in an instant.

Day 79 - Jeep

Ignore my hair in this pic. It was a rough morning.

I've ridden in a lot of cars in my life but I must say, I'm definitely a Jeep girl and something tells me that will never change.

Day 78 - Rebecca Black

So today was just gloomy. One of those stay inside and read type of days. Instead of reading a book though I stayed pretty glued to my phone reading the tweets, yes I've fallen into the twitter addiction, coming in about Rebecca Black, the 13 year old who sings the song "Friday".

Okay so seriously, I'm starting to feel bad for this girl, the song does kinda, really suck but that's no reason for people to be sending her death threats.

On a more random note, I got some nerd glasses in the mail today. I'm wearing them right now. They're hilarious. I think they're my new favorite pointless accessory to wear.

Day 77 - Burned

Soo this totally wasn't supposed to be my picture, but I forgot to take a real one and i just so happened to take this today. My phone back looks gross due to being shoved in my jeans which turned the white a gross shade of blueish gray. It's getting cleaned tonight. But can you tell where I burned myself with my straightener today by accident?

Day 76 - Foam

So this morning I babysat the most hilarious little boy and then afterwards went to the preschool to work there all afternoon. I was with the "nappers" so while they did their napping I entertained myself with this fantastic foamy goo stuff. lol

Day 75 - Baseball

My first official baseball hat. Can anyone guess what team its for?

Day 74 - Cookies

These took legit lie alll day to cook, ice, ect.

Thoughts of the day:
- Tom's only work on certain feet.
- Nail polish lacks quality.
People need to stop throwing pity parties for themself.
- i get my hopes up too high.

Day 73 - Spring and a Baby

First off I'd like to say isn't it supposed to be spring break?

Secondly, this is my little cousin, Joseph. :). Isn't he just absolutely precious?

Day 72 - Surprise!

Day 71 - Late

So basically we got to the train station wayyy too early to pick up my dad and didn't get home until late. lol. My phone shows the time we got there.

Welcome to the world, Joseph. We all love you so much and are praying for those little lungs of yours to get better. You may only be 4 pounds but you have a lot of fight in you.e

Day 70 - Spring Break!

So My friend, Meagan, and I decided we wanted to tie dye today so we did just that in my driveway and why not throw a cardboard cut out of Justin Bieber into the equation? and since he technically, kinda, not really participated his name made the board that we did the shirts on. lol. It's hilarious to see peoples reactions as they drive by and see him standing in the yard. lol

Day 69 - Just Sayin'

They just had to put a little bit of creepy by a lot of sexy.

The last two days have been phone pics, which I hate, but at the time they were all I had with me. :(

Day 68 - Easy Choice

Finally there was an easy choice in my life.
It was the traditional Capt'n Crunch with Berries today.

Day 67 - Jay

Let me start by saying it is incredibly hard to get a decent pic of a fish in a tank. lol.

This is Jay. Jay is my new fish. I have no idea but I've been wanting a fish and finally got one today. lol

Day 66 - Bahaha

You know you live on the best street ever when...

your mail lady gets out of the truck and takes a picture with a cardboard cut out of Justin Bieber... and asked where to get one...

Day 65 - Small Things

I have no clue why, but lately I've been doing A LOT of deep thinking. It's come to my attention that the smallest of details make up the biggest of pictures.

Tiny beliefs and feelings that we have create our whole personality. they define us in ways we never thought they were.

Here are the small things that have made me into the person I am.

- Shame is not a word in my vocabulary. Neither is regret.
- Pride is something I hold on to just a little bit too tightly.
- I've convinced myself to trust no one.
- I don't let my guard down anymore. Not even for those I did just recently.
- I don't deal with the shit stuff people throw at me.
- I escape through music.
- I'll do what it takes to get me to a better place.
- I'm very good at acting.

As single things they seem like nothing, but add all of those up, spend 2 hours with me, and you'll see that those are the things that make me who I am.

Day 64 - Tie Dye

So my cousin and I decided to tie dye mid Saturday. I made 3 shirts for myself and some onsies for Rozzie. :)

Day 63 - Essentials

So thanks to my lovely new phone, the Evo Shift, I can upload phone pics to my blog straight from my phone. Idk if I'm gonna do this tomorrow, but we'll see.

My essentials for a car ride over an hour: a magazine, normally relating to Teen Mom or Teen Mom W, my chewy sweetarts, they're a slight addiction, and my Ipod, currently tuned into the Bieb.

As for the weird look to the pic - I was bored and tried different settings. Lol

Day 62 - Sleep!

So it's been months since I've been able to fall asleep and actually stay asleep. Today I got relief! I hope these things work, I guess I'll find out in a bit.

and the reason that there is grass in the background.. there really is no proper background for a bottle of sleeping pills and it was nice out. lol

Oh, and as for tomorrow and Saturday, I will have place saver posts but no pictures will be attached. I'm going to visit my cousin at Pitt. State for the weekend. It'll be fun and i'm really excited but I probably won't be able to post the pics until Sunday night when I post that picture. :)

Day 61 - Lego

It's something as simple as a Lego, and a picture meant to symbolize nothing more then "Spring... hurry up!"

Lately I've been doing some deep thinking, well, deeper then I normally do.
Thinking about growing up and ultimately leaving the idea of childhood behind.
I thought it was time to move on and separate myself from my old ways.

I was wrong.
While that may be what I want right now, it isn't what I need.
My world has been shaken in many ways this past month.
Innocence is, in a sense, the only thing I have left, and what I have isn't much.

I don't think with the mind of a child. I don't act like one either.

I don't trust people, I see all of the pain and suffering in the world.
This world isn't the happy place I grew up in.
When I was young, my world was perfect. Simply a giant play ground.
Now I see it's filled with war, starving children, and broken families.

While my mind is far beyond the innocent view I once had, a lot that I do isn't.

Here are the ways that I am innocent:
I own a pink box of Legos.
I wear hair bows on a close to daily basis.
I have a pillow pet.
Coloring is my favorite way to relieve stress.
I sing into a hair brush when no one is home.
Anything glittery can distract me for ever.
I have Superman pajama pants.

It's not much, but they make me who I am and I'll hold on to my little pieces of childhood as long as possible.

Day 60 - Free Pancakes

There is nothing quite like free pancake day at IHop. the optional money donations go to a good cause, and who doesn't like pancakes?
